Connecticut Gets an “F” in Financial Literacy

The Center for Financial Literacy, at Champlain College, recently graded the States on their financial literacy initiatives. They looked at financial education legislation and assigned a grade based on the education requirements of each state. Unfortunately, Connecticut received an F.
